Founder / ManagerTom is a seasoned shooting instructor, Certified as NRA Shooting Instructor, competitive shooter, and ammunition reload instructor with over +20 years of experience in firearms training and law enforcement. As a Leading shooting instructor for the Brazilian Federal Police merged competitive techniques into police trainings. His competitive shooting career began with UIT 25-meter precision revolver competitions and evolved into highly successful IPSC participation in both handgun and shotgun divisions, where he secured multiple national titles.
Milton “ Netto” Silveira
FounderInstructor Netto, is a firearms instructor, and technical evaluator with professional experience in Brazil and now coming to the United States. With expertise in advanced firearms training, he has participated in the training of hundreds of shooters and future federally credentialed instructors. He is also involved in the development of international projects related to shooting sports and firearms education.
Mr. Neto serves as Director of Public Relations for one of the biggest shooting ranges in Brazil, the “Clube de Tiro de Atibaia” and is co-founder of GUNS REP LLC, a company focused on the international firearms training and safety industry.
